Seven year old Robbie took control of the stage right off the bat on Britain's Got Talent, this past season. This happy go lucky young fellow had the audience roaring when he suggested to Louis Walsh, that Robbie's aunty would like to go on a date with him. Robbie says, he loves to make people laugh and he did a great job of it on the show. On the show he sang, "My Way" and surprised everyone with his talent. His performance earned him a standing ovation, and winning the hearts of millions. This was a very exciting time for him. Since this show aired he has been non-stop performing all around the country. He did not win this round of BGT, but be ready he is coming back this up coming season.
Robbie took interest in people like Frank Sinatra from his grandpa that runs karaoke place. He use to sing these kinds of songs, and then started teaching Robbie. He just loves the Rat Pack, and he does all the songs from them very well. He started performing in public at age four at Spotlites, at Kings Theater Chatham, in the Wizard of Oz, and also a talent show in which he came in second place. He has performed many times at Spotlites, some of his performances were, The Railway Children, Zombie Prom, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, plus many more. At age seven he won Medway has Talent, at the Central Theater in Chatham, this earned him a chance to sing on the end of the patio. In October 2011 he performed with the Rat Pack, he sang with the person that was doing Franks part.
Robbie has opened up his heart for another young boy, Bobby Rhodes. Bobby has been diagnosed with Lissencephaly (smooth brain), which is a rare, gene-linked brain malformation characterized by the absence of normal convolutions in the cerebral cortex. There is no cure, but children can show progress in their development over time. Depending on the degree of the malformation many will die by the age of 10. So Robbie along with the help of two others John Milton and Terry Daniels will be releasing a CD very soon called, "Don't Forget All Your Dreams". This will be released by "Somebody's Music". John and Terry wrote the song and this will be a charity CD, with all proceeds going to the Bobby Rhodes trust. It will be available on itunes. This is where Robbie's love of people truly comes in, he thinks of others in the time of need or to simply put a smile on some one's face with the great wit he has. This is a fantastic thing for Robbie to do, many more people should follow in his footsteps and give of themselves, rather than just take. Once this CD becomes available please pick up your copy and help little Bobby. Robbie would also like to thank John for giving his time, and hard work to help make this possible.
Robbie hopes to someday sing for the Royal Family, and around the world when he is older. He says, it would be great to go and live in LA too. With his attitude about everything in life he will get his opportunity one day, and have everyone smiling world wide. Don't miss his up coming performance on this coming season of BGT.
